Additional reserves for motor-vehicle insurance

(1) In addition to the reserves required by section 145, every company transacting motor vehicle insurance business shall provide reserves for meeting outstanding claims arising from accidents which have occurred. motor vehicle (2) Every company shall furnish to the Supervisor details of the method used in calculating such reserves.
