Notification of changes in particulars in application

Where, after the licensing of any company under this Act any change takes place in the particulars specified in the application of the company for licensing or in the particulars of the information in or documents required to accompany the application, the company shall, within thirty days of such change, notify the Supervisor in writing of the change.
