Prior approval of pensions, etc

After 12 months from the effective date of this Act, no person, employer, company, trustee or insurer shall establish, administer or operate a pension or annuity plan or scheme in Belize or for the benefit of persons resident in Belize unless that plan or scheme complies with the requirements and provisions of Regulations made under this Act and has first been approved in writing by the Supervisor.
