Deposit insurance without prejudice to claim

Notwithstanding, the payment of deposit insurance to an insured depositor under this Act, the insured depositor may claim from the liquidator of the Fund member the balance of the insurable deposit which exceeds the maximum deposit insurance paid under sections 28 or 29.
