Appointment of Registrar
Companies (Appointment Of Registrar) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 221 (1a) of the Companies Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, DEAN O. BARROW, Minister of Finance, do hereby appoint the Director General of the International Financial Services Commission, ex officio, as the Registrar of Companies and Corporate Affairs.
