Application of Act to companies registered under former laws

This Act shall apply to every company registered but not formed under any previous Act or Ordinance providing for the incorporation, management and winding-up of trading companies and other associations, provided that reference, express or implied, to the date of registration shall be construed as a reference to the date at which the company was registered under any such previous Act or Ordinance described in this section. 155
