Power of the Attorney General to vary fees

(1) The Attorney General may from time to time, by Order published in the Gazette, vary the fees payable under this Part. 28 (2) Every Order made by the Attorney General under sub- section (1) shall be laid before the National Assembly as soon as may be after the making thereof and shall be subject to negative resolution.
