Computation of time

(1) Where, by this Act, the time limited for doing any act or thing is less than three days, in reckoning time, non-business days are excluded. time. (2) “Non-business days” for the purposes of this Act, means, (a) Sunday; (b) a public or bank holiday under the provisions of the Holidays Act, Cap. 289; 58 (c) any day appointed by the Minister in addition to or in substitution for any of the days in the Schedule to the Holidays Act, Cap. 289. (3) Any other day is a business day.
