No person shall operate any projector in any building during any exhibition to which members of the public are admitted unless such person– (a) is over twenty years of age; and (b) has passed such examination as may be required by the Commissioner of Police in the use of the particular type of projector used in the building; or (c) has been permitted to operate that particular type of projector by the Commissioner of Police. room.
