Fire appliances

(1) Fire appliances, including fire extinguishers of an approved capacity and type, shall be kept and maintained in good working order in every building as the Commissioner of Police may from time to time direct in writing. (2) During any exhibition such appliances and fire extinguishers shall be in the charge of some person specially nominated by the licensee for that purpose. Cinematographs 9 (3) The Commissioner of Police may direct the number of fire-extinguishers which shall be provided for any building.
