Notices and Circular letters

Subject to this Act and the Regulations made by the Minister under section 5, the Registrar, or the Senior Deputy Registrar with the approval of the Registrar may issue notices, circular letters and directives to shipowners and other persons concerned, for the better carrying out of the objects and purposes of this Act and the IMO Conventions and Protocols acceded to by Belize. 6 SCHEDULE INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ORGANISATION CONVENTIONS List of Conventions [Section 3] CONVENTION/PROTOCOLDATE OF ACCESSION BY BELIZE 1.
