Regulations

Cap. 24:04, s. 5 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) The Minister may make regulations for the better carrying out of the objects and purposes of this Act and the IMO Conventions and Protocols acceded to by Belize. (2) All regulations made by the Minister under subsection (1) of this section shall be subject to negative resolution.
