IMO Conventions to have the force of law in Belize

Cap. 24:04, s. 3 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) Notwithstanding any other law, but subject to the provisions of this Act, the IMO Conventions and Protocols acceded to by Belize, as listed in the Schedule hereto, shall 5 (2) The Minister may from time to time by Order published in the Gazette amend the Schedule.
