Interpretation

(1) In these Regulations“Act” means the International Foundations Act, 2010; CAP.24:02 “Commission” means the International Financial Services Commission established under the International Financial Services Commission Act; CAP. 272. “dollar” or “$” means dollar in the currency of the United States of America; “Registrar” means the Registrar of International Foundations. (2) Other words and expressions used herein shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act. CAP 24:02 First Schedule.
