Preservation of continuity of foundation

When a foreign foundation is continued as a foundation under this Act– (a) the property of the foreign foundation continues to be the property of the foundation; (b) the foundation continues to be liable for the obligations of the foreign foundation; (c) any existing cause of action, claim or liability to prosecute is unaffected; (d) any civil, criminal or administrative action or proceedings pending by or against the foreign foundation may be continued by or against the foundation; and (e) any conviction against, or any ruling, order or judgment against or in favour of, the foreign foundation is enforceable by or against the
