Resignation, retirement or removal of member or protector

Cap. 24:02, s. 69 · Revised Edition 2020

If a member or protector resigns, retires, is removed or is unable to continue as member or protector, the member or protector shall be released from and indemnified against all claims, demands, actions, proceedings and accounts other than for breach of fiduciary duty.
