Remuneration of the foundation council

(1) Subject to the terms of the foundation charter or the by- laws, the foundation council and each of its members shall be entitled to charge and be paid all usual professional fees for services rendered in the execution, administration and maintenance of the foundation and to be reimbursed all proper expenses incurred in carrying out their duties. (2) The foundation council and each of its members may apply to the Court for an order which provides the foundation council and each member with a first and paramount charge over the foundation endowment in an amount equal to all outstanding fees and expenses. trustee- CAP. 202.
