Power to relocate foundation endowment

Unless the foundation charter or this Act provides otherwise, a foundation council may relocate the foundation endowment or change the place of foundation administration as it deems necessary or desirable to protect the endowment or a beneficiary from harm, prejudice, risk of loss or diminution.
