Power to delegate acts of administration

Subject to the terms of the foundation charter, the by- laws and this Act, the foundation council may delegate any act of administration to a third party, but each member of the foundation council continues to be responsible for any breach of fiduciary duty arising from or relating to all acts delegated or omissions relating to them.
