Meetings of members

(1) Subject to the terms of the foundation or its by-laws, the foundation council shall conduct meetings at such times and in such manner and places within or outside Belize as it may determine. (2) Foundation council meetings may be held in person, telephonically, via video conference, or by any other means acceptable to a majority of the members. (3) The minutes of each council meeting shall be kept at the registered office of the foundation and shall be open to inspection by the founder, any member, any beneficiary, the Court, or the Financial Intelligence Unit in the investigation of a serious crime under and in pursuance of the Money Laundering & Terrorism (Prevention) Act.
