Number of members of the foundation council

Subject to the terms of the foundation charter– (a) the minimum number of members shall be one; (b) members may be corporate or natural persons; and (c) members shall act together by majority, unless, in the reasonable discretion of a member, an emergency requires immediate action. CAP. 272.
