Appeal

(1) Any person who is aggrieved by the striking or proposed striking of a foundation off the Register under section 29 may, within 90 days from the date of publication of the notice in the International Foundations [CAP. 24:02 39 Gazette, appeal to the Court against the decision of the (2) Notice of an appeal to the Court under sub-section (1) shall be served on the Registrar who shall be entitled to appear and be heard at the hearing of the appeal. (3) Where any person who is aggrieved by the striking or proposed striking of a foundation off the Register files an appeal under sub-section (1), the Registrar may suspend the operation of the striking off, upon such terms as he considers appropriate, pending the determination of the appeal.
