Amendments to the charter
Cap. 24:02, s. 23 · Revised Edition 2020
Subject to the terms of the foundation, an amendment to the foundation charter must be unanimous and shall be signed International Foundations [CAP. 24:02 35 by all members of the foundation council in the manner set forth in section 21(4).
