Execution of the foundation charter

Except where there is an express provision to the contrary set forth in the foundation charter, the charter may be executed by a founder, member of a foundation council, protector and any other party at different times and in different places, whether within Belize or elsewhere, provided all signatures are either witnessed or notarised.
