Notice of dissolution of foundation

Upon dissolution or continuance of an international foundation to a foreign jurisdiction, the foundation council shall notify the Registrar within thirty days of such event and return the Certificate of Establishment. The Registrar shall then cancel the Register entry and issue a Certificate of Dissolution or Cancellation, as appropriate.
