Form of documents to be delivered to the Registrar

(1) Where this Act requires a document or any information to be delivered to the Registrar, and the form of the document or information has not been prescribed, it shall be sufficient compliance with the requirement if– (a) in the case of a document, it is delivered in a form which is acceptable to the Registrar and is accompanied by the prescribed fee; or International Foundations [CAP. 24:02 85 (b) in the case of information contained in a material other than a document, it is delivered in a manner acceptable to the Registrar and is accompanied by the prescribed fee. (2) Every document filed with the Registrar that is not in English shall be accompanied by an English translation certified as true and correct by a translator, to the satisfaction of the (3) In this section, the reference to “a document or any information to be delivered” shall be construed to include any notice to be served or given.
