Governing law of foundation

(1) The governing law of a foundation registered under this Act shall be the law of Belize. (2) Every foundation registered under this Act shall be subject to the exclusive and continuing jurisdiction of the Court, which shall be the exclusive forum for the adjudication of all disputes relating to the foundation.
