Section 5

(1) Subject to subparagraph (2) below, no person referred to in paragraph 3 above shall be allowed to enter into or transit through Belize. (2) Nothing in this paragraph shall prevent the entry into or transit through Belize of Belizean nationals, nor shall this paragraph apply where entry or transit is necessary for the fulfilment of a judicial process or where the United Nations Sanctions Committee determines on a case-by-case basis that such entry or transit is justified.
