Communication privileges

(1) The Community, officials of the Community and experts on missions on behalf of the Community shall enjoy in Belize, for their official communications, treatment no less favourable than that accorded by the Government of Belize to any international organisation. Diplomatic Privileges and Consular Conventions (2) The Community shall be immune from censorship of its official correspondence and official communications. (3) The Community shall have the right to use codes and to dispatch and receive correspondence by courier in sealed bags, which shall have the same immunities and privileges as diplomatic couriers and bags.
