Exemption from customs duties, etc

The Community, officials of the Community and experts on missions on behalf of the Community shall be exempt from any form of direct or indirect taxes, customs duties and prohibitions and restrictions on imports in respect of articles imported or exported by them or each of them for their official use and customs duties and other levies, prohibitions and restrictions in respect of the import, sale and export of their publications, save and except as provided in the Protocol.
