Inviolability

The premises, property, files, correspondence, and shipments of the Office, the General Secretariat, and the Organisation shall be inviolable within Belize, wherever located and by whomsoever held; and they shall be immune from search, requisition, inspection, censure, registration, seizure, and from any other form of interference, whether of an executive, administrative, judicial, or legislative nature. The consent of the Director of the Office shall be required for agents of the State to be permitted to enter the headquarters of the Office.
