Immunity from jurisdiction

The Office, the General Secretariat, and the Organisation, and also its property, premises, files, and shipments shall enjoy immunity in Belize against judicial and administrative procedure, being immune from search, seizure, or any other measure of execution, except in particular cases in which that immunity is expressly waived by the Director of the Office, duly authorized to do so by the Secretary General. The effects of the waiver shall not extend to measures of execution affecting the property, premises, files and shipments of the Office, the General Secretariat, or the Organisation, which shall require another express waiver.
