The International Civil Aviation Organisation set up under Article 43 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation signed at Chicago on 7th December, 1944 (hereafter referred to as the Organisation), is an organisation of which Her Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom and the governments of foreign sovereign powers are members.
