Pro-rating overtime fees

(1) Subject subregulation (2), overtime fees prescribed in the Schedule shall be pro-rated if more than one aircraft operator requires services during the same period. (2) Every aircraft operator shall pay a minimum overtime fee of $100.00, if the overtime fee is pro-rated in accordance with subregulation (1).
