Suspect to state name and address

(1) Any person suspected of an offence against any of these Regulations shall, upon being requested so to do by a constable or any other person acting on behalf of the Director, correctly state his name and address and the purpose of his being on the aerodrome. (2) A constable, the Director, and any person for the time being authorised in writing by the Director to do so, are hereby authorised to exercise the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 3 of the Aerodromes Act on persons authorised under these Regulations
