General

(1) Any person suspected of an offence against any of these regulations shall, upon being requested so to do by a constable or any other person acting on behalf of the Director, correctly state his name and address and the purpose of his being on the aerodrome. (2) A constable, the Director, the Airport Manager and any person for the time being authorised to exercise the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 3 of the Aerodromes Act upon any person authorised for the purpose.
