Maximum flight times for flight crew

A person shall not fly in any aircraft registered in the Colony as a member of the flight crew thereof at any times on any day after the aggregate of all his flight times (whether arising from flight in an aircraft to which this Article applies or in any other aircraft) during the period of 30 consecutive days expiring at the end of that day amounts to 125 hours, provided that the foregoing prohibition shall not apply to a flight made in an aircraft which is not such an aircraft as is Civil Aviation 379 described in paragraph (1) of Article 43 of this Order if at the time of the flight the aggregate of all the flight times of the person making the flight since he was last medically examined under this Order and found fit does not exceed 125 hours.
