It is hereby declared that the commanders of all aircraft operating to and from places abroad shall be exempted from the requirements under sub-paragraphs 3 (1)(b)(iv) and 5 (4)(d) of Schedule III of the Colonial Air Navigation Order 1955, to deliver to the proper officer manifests in respect of passengers carried. * Originally made by the Governor under Article 75 of the Colonial Air Navigation Order, 1955.
