No right to continuance of any benefits
Air Transport (Licensing Of Air Services) Regulations, reg. 31 · Revised Edition 2020
Nothing in these Regulations shall confer upon the holder of a licence, or permit, or upon any other person, any right to the continuance of any benefits arising from the provisions of these Regulations, or from any licence or permit granted thereunder or from any attached to any such licence or permit.
