Information as to financial resources to be treated as confidential

Nothing in these Regulations shall require the disclosure by any applicant for a licence or permit to a person other than the Licensing Authority or the Chief Civil Aviation Officer (as the case may be) of information as to the financial resources of the applicant, and any such information received by the Licensing Authority or the Chief Civil Aviation Officer from any such applicant shall be treated as confidential.
