Compliance with air navigation and transport laws and regulations

It shall be a condition of every licence or permit that the requirements of any law or instrument having the force of law, for the time being in force in Belize, relating to air navigation or air transport shall be complied with at all times during the currency of the licence or permit in connection with all journeys made under the licence or permit.
