Report of Inspector

(1) Upon the completion of an investigation, the Inspector of Accidents authorised to make the inquiry shall make a report to the Governor. (2) The Inspector of Accidents shall state in his report266 Civil Aviation (a) the circumstances of the case and his conclusions as to the cause of the accident, adding any observations and recommendations which he thinks fit to make with a view to the preservation of life and the avoidance of similar accidents in future, and (b) to what extent effect has been given to the provisions of paragraph (4) of regulation 7 of these Regulations. (3) The Governor may cause the whole or any part of such report to be made public in any manner he thinks fit.
