Defect in aircraft station

An aircraft which is equipped with an aircraft station having a defect such as to impair the safety of the aircraft shall not undertake any flight until the aircraft station has been rendered safe, or, if such defect occurs during flight, shall land as soon as possible unless the aircraft station can be and is speedily rendered safe during flight.
