Classification

With reference to Article 12(7) of the Order, on the issue of a certificate of airworthiness or a validation of such certificate the aircraft to which the certificate or validation relates will be classified in accordance with the scheme of classification specified in regulation 9 of these Regulations, and the certificate or validation, as the case may be, will be endorsed accordingly.
