Conditions of licence

A licence – (a) shall entitle the holder thereof, subject to the provisions of sub-paragraphs (c) and (d) in paragraph (1) of regulation 73 of these Regulations, to carry out flights as pilot in charge of a flying machine only for the purpose of becoming qualified for the grant or renewal of a flying machine pilot’s licence; 114 Civil Aviation (b) shall be valid only for flights within Belize; (c) shall be subject to such further conditions as may be attached to or endorsed on the licence; and (d) shall lapse upon the grant to the holder of a flying machine pilot’s licence.
