Meaning of “aircraft”
Air Navigation (General) Regulations, reg. 7 · Revised Edition 2020
In the following provisions of this Part, unless the context otherwise requires, reference to an aircraft shall be construed as Civil Aviation 41 including its engines, components, accessories, instruments,
equipment and apparatus, and their installations.
