Application etc., for certificate of airworthiness

With reference to Article 12(8) of the Order, application for the issue of a certificate of airworthiness or for the validation of such a certificate and application for the renewal of a certificate of air worthiness or for the renewal of a validation of such a certificate shall be made to the Director. Application shall be made on the appropriate form which will be supplied by the Director on request.
