Entries

All entries, other than preliminary data ordinarily furnished by the constructor in the original aircraft, engine and variable- pitch propeller log book shallCivil Aviation 109 (a) in the case of a certificate under regulation 51 of these Regulations, be made and signed in accordance with that paragraph; (b) in other cases, be made and signed by a licensed except that, as regards matters which could not have come to the notice of a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer, the entries shall be made and signed by the pilot, provided that subparagraph (b) of this regulation shall not apply with respect to any entry prescribed to be made by a licensed aircraft radio engineer.
