Assessment of ability of aeroplane

The assessment of the ability of an aeroplane, having a performance group classification in its certificate of airworthiness, to comply with regulation 36 or 37 of these Regulations, shall be based on the information as to its Civil Aviation 89 performance contained in the flight manual relating to the aeroplane issued or rendered valid by the Governor.
