Deterioration of condition

If the holder of a licence is aware, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, that his physical, aural or eye condition has deteriorated in any respect, even if only temporarily as the result of a common minor ailment, so that it may be below the standard of medical fitness required for the grant of such a licence, he shall not act in any capacity for which he is so licensed until he is satisfied that his condition has been restored to the required standard.
